Guess what times are those that the students prefer? Summer vacations! That’s right. After all, they get a nice breather and a chance to rejuvenate during this period. But, at some point, some kid is bound to utter the words, “I am bored.” And we can’t blame them! Conversely, now is the time to plan a vacation like never before.
As a parent, you can help them plan their days that are filled with productivity, playtime, and many more. Let’s take a quick stroll, shall we?
Co-curricular/ Developmental Activities
This is the easiest one to figure out. They can range from painting, dancing, singing, theatre, vocal music classes. You can ask your child the interest of his/her and plan the day accordingly. This will get his/her time utilized properly and pick a new hobby.
Sports
Sports are the best kind of activity as they keep your child’s body in motion. Outdoor evenings like playing a cricket match, volleyball, badminton will make them feel energized and sultry afternoons like chess, carrom, and ludo will relax their bodies.
Cooking
How does some fire-free cooking sound to you? Making a simple sandwich for breakfast will make them understand all the ingredients that are needed for a sandwich. Plus helps them be mindful of all the effort that goes behind cooking.
Academics
We all know that summer vacations are meant for fun. But, a little bit of study will only make your child’s future bright. Giving them a little preview of what their next syllabus is consisted of will make them prepared for when the school actually starts. A little headstart always helps.
Scientific Puzzles
This is my personal favorite. Getting them some puzzle activity will make their brains sharper and quicker. For younger kids, an adult can assist them at first. It's also a perfect way to get daddies involved.. https://www.sororedit.com/blog/how-to-get-fathers-involved-in-child-care/24
