DIY - Ayurveda Immunity boosting drinks

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine, which has been in practice for the last 1000 years.

In today's time when the world is dealing with an unprecedented crisis in the form of coronavirus, Ayurveda can prove to be a boon for mankind. While we can only prevent ourselves from getting infected is by following some simple rules like wearing a mask, practising social distancing and following proper hand hygiene. Apart from this, your body's natural immune system also plays a major role in keeping you safe from this fatal virus.

You can boost your immunity by eating healthy food and following a good lifestyle habit. But today we have come up with two Immunity boosting drinks as told by - Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India for strengthening your natural defence system.
