Physician Fitness and Mental Fitness have more in common than you think. Time and again studies have proven the impact of physical fitness on mental fitness and vice a versa and now more than ever we all need to apply this in our lives. Simple understanding of these 3 wise words of my yoga trainer and mindful application of these in our lives has never been more important or critical to our existence.
Focus: Where Focus goes, energy flows and result show. Having a clear goal and consistently focusing on it has an immediate impact on your behaviour.
Intensity: With the focus in mind, the next step is to increase the intensity of the concentration. It’s not really about the time spent, rather it is the intensity of your focus during the time spent that matters more.
Technique: Focus and Intensity without the right technique to achieve the desires outcome is just a waste of time because you are working hard in the wrong direction.
