Meet Hemadri Joshi Upadhyay
Tell us a bit about yourself and your family?
I am an MBA graduate with 10 years of corporate experience in the Human Resources department.
My husband, Nilesh Upadhyay, is an ex-Army officer and currently works in the real estate industry.
My father, Dr. Navin Joshi, is a doctor working at a cancer hospital in Rajkot.
My mother is a homemaker, and I have one elder brother, Nirav Joshi, who is an Area Manager at Reliance Jio.
Have you had any formal training or family business?
No
How did you come up with the idea for your business, and what was the process of turning that idea into a reality?
While working in the corporate world, I found my life imbalanced.
One fine day, I realized that my real wealth lies in having a healthy body, mental peace, and a happy soul.
At that point, my life took a turn. I began learning yoga, adopting a satvik diet, and studying occult science.
Later on, the Universe allowed me to share this knowledge with others and help them find happiness.
As a result, I started my own firm, Spiritual Rejuvenation, where I can provide spiritual guidance to anyone looking to transform their lives.
How have you grown as a leader since starting your company, and what have been some of the key lessons you've learned along the way?
As I have 10 years of experience in the corporate world and have studied for an MBA, I was well-prepared for it.
The learnings I want to share are: be transparent with your clients, always maintain a positive outlook, and have faith in universal energy.
Can you tell us about a time when you faced a major setback or failure in your business, and how you overcame it?
Thanks to universal blessings, I have never faced a setback.
How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals, especially during challenging times?
You see, I am on a spiritual journey. So, whatever the universe sends my way, I will receive.
I have complete surrender to God and my guardian angels.
When I see happy souls after my guidance, I feel even more motivation and satisfaction.
How do you balance your personal life with the demands of running a business?
I have prepared my schedule in such a way that my two roles do not overlap. For my business, there are fixed days and fixed timings for clients.
What are your plans for the future of your business, and how do you see yourself evolving as a founder and leader?
I want to help 1,000 people by the end of this year, and going forward, I want to promote healthy living for as many people as I can reach out to.
If you could go back in time and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Be relaxed and have faith in God's plan, because God's plans are better than yours. So, don't worry, just go with the flow.
What's the most unconventional thing you've done to grow your business, and what was the result?
Promote awareness about occult science.
What's the most meaningful compliment or feedback you've ever received from a customer, and why did it resonate with you?
Many times, people consider me as an angel, a doctor, or a spiritual guide because I entered their lives at a point where they had lost everything.
Through my guidance, they regained stability.
If you had to choose one thing that makes your company truly unique and sets it apart from the competition, what would it be, and why?
Working on the goals of souls (clients) rather than working on my own goals.
