A few years ago I realized the age is slowly creeping and it would be a good idea to make some lifestyle changes to keep my body running better and for longer. (I know nothing can guarantee that but we can all try).

In my holy grail I stumbled upon articles about all sorts of superfoods, seeds and berries. While they all come with their benefits and I try to include them whenever possible a common thread and 

the simplest thing to add to your diet is vegetables. Growing up we all hear about the goodness of fruits and vegetables but in later years struggle to even have the recommended 5portions of fruit/ vegetables a day .

To cut the long story short I found a savior in a soup maker. You don’t have to associate easy and efficient with junk and guilt any more because this gadget makes life better for anyone The prep takes around 5-10 minutes depending on what you want to make and cleaning another 2 minutes. Rest the machine does it’s job. You can choose any brand you like and many come with additional features. 

I tried a couple of brands but settled with Tefal as it was all steel and scored an extra point on the taste factor for me. My kids love broccoli and sweet potato soup so we have to give the makers some credit for their product . Give this gadget a try and I am convinced it will be a game changer for you and your family.
