Tell us a bit about yourself and your family?
I'm a meticulous and ambitious person who doesn't fit into a box.
I am the wife of a handsome, caring, and loving husband, as well as the mom of two sweet boys.
Have you had any formal training or family business?
I am self-educated.
How did you come up with the idea for your business, and what was the process of turning that idea into a reality?
Being independent is my lifetime ambition. That made me to start my own venture.
How have you grown as a leader since starting your company, and what have been some of the key lessons you've learned along the way?
Feeding the team first before taking my first bite.
The first and last one to leave the meeting room, I delegate the process to the team to help them develop their leadership skills.
How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals, especially during challenging times?
I always think that society is waiting to learn from my journey to success.
How do you balance your personal life with the demands of running a business?
I delegate the process to the team and automate it to function in my absence. Prioritization is the key.
If you could go back in time and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Start building the skills.
What's the most important lesson you've learned from a failure, and how have you applied it to your business?
Choose people wisely, applying this to my team-building strategy.
What's the most meaningful compliment or feedback you've ever received from a customer, and why did it resonate with you?
