I'm Natasha, founder at Tetra Nutrition. As a health and nutrition coach, I work with individuals to help them reach their ideal state of health through sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. I have myself lost over 20 kilos, and reversed 'incurable' chronic autoimmune diseases through the power of food, mindset and habits. This inspired me to help others in their journey to better health.
My mid to late 20s were a difficult time where I suffered from a cocktail of symptoms linked to hormonal imbalance, food intolerances, extreme work stress and a lack of awareness of what my body really needed. After a generally healthy and fit lifestyle in my younger years, this came as a shock and it took years of research and healing (with loads of trial and error) to get to the root of the problem.
Through my study and practice I have come to realise that food, exercise and sleep are the three foundational pillars of health. Most diseases begin due to an imbalance in these aspects, and by simply making better choices on a daily basis, we are in a position to reset the body and mind. Losing weight and feeling better in our bodies is an automatic byproduct. And that is what Tetra Nutrition's holistic plans aim to do. My method focuses on small changes tailored to your unique lifestyle to result in a body that’s healthy, more energetic and hormonally balanced. And of course, I am there to be your mentor, friend and guide through the process.
