Pankhuri Garg Tamotia - Food, Instagram Blogger

I was born in India and brought up in the USA. Professionally I was always inclined towards the world of marketing & advertising, a field that is high on creativity. 

But I didn’t restrict to to my professional life only and extended into the world of food. Having grown up in the United States, I had the liberty of getting introduced to cuisines from all over the world, but as a vegetarian I often found a lack of vegetarian and vegan options that were wholesome, flavourful, and had a soul. And that's when I turned to my kitchen and to food blogging.

Blogging helped me share my love for Vegetarian & Vegan food. I experimented with Indian, Fusion & International Recipes. But when I blogged I shared the memories and nostalgia attached to my food, my experiences and my recipes. 

I apply my professional experience in Marketing to reach a wider audience and plan to slowly grow this blog into a community and a small business.
