Hi, my name is Ritika Gupta. I am 35 years of age.
I have generally been a fit person all my life and have been practicing Yoga regularly for the past 5 years. However, as much as I cared about my health I never paid any attention to my Facial Skin.
Needless to say, being someone who never cared enough to have a dedicated skincare routine during my teens or even 20s, I started to see early signs of ageing like Pigmentation, Fine lines and Wrinkles on my face as soon as I entered my 30s. So I started trying every skin care advice that came my way without realizing its repercussions but all efforts were in vain. I didn’t see any improvement and had almost believed that there was no way to undo the damage done.
However, at the age of 34, I got introduced to Face Yoga. Being a firm believer of the power of Yoga and everything natural, I was more than willing and happy to embrace Face Yoga which claimed to not just delay signs of ageing but also undo the damage done overtime.
Adn it gives me immense pressure to accept that I have been pleasantly surprised by the changes that I have experienced overtime practicing Face Yoga. Not to mention, I have been completely hooked on it ever since and have seen tremendous benefits along the way.
