After spending 8 years of my life in the IT industry, in 2019, I decided to quit the corporate sector prematurely and dive headlong into my childhood passion of natural farming. Svastya was created with the objective of making chemical free and pesticide free food products available to all people, strictly only with the produce we grow in our farms. I also want to provide employment opportunities to people in my village and create sustainable income for them so that they stop migrating to cities. I want Svastya to not only be the engine of development but also to be a tool of women empowerment. I am proud to say that the small workforce of women at Svastya are its main pillars today.
This uncompromising commitment to quality makes our product come at a premium, but we rather have high quality than sell volumes. As a startup, we have managed to build our demand.
