I am a Software Engineer working with an MNC and currently reside in Pune ,India.
My love for photography goes way back to my childhood. My father gifted me a digital camera on my birthday when I was 15. It was the perfect gift for someone who was excited about photography.
But as most parents do not let their children pursue an unconventional career like photography, same thing happened with me. My parents asked me to focus on my studies for engineering. While pursuing engineering, I used to click random pictures. After some days I started posting them on social media. I found that social media is a great platform for artists like me to promote their talent. We can focus on our carrier as well as pursue passion too.
I started my Instagram page and the real journey started. I realized that people like my content. Almost 2k+ people started following me within very less time. I love to explore all photography genres like street ,landscape ,portrait and many more. During covid it was not possible for me to go outside and click. So I started learning product and food photography. I read many blogs , watched YouTube videos and started practicing. Posted some pictures on Instagram , I was overwhelmed by the response .Within few days I received my first paid order by a well-known brand. After that I worked for many small and big brands. Currently I got a chance to work for a restaurant as a food photographer.
Many people asks me, "Why are you investing your time in such things? Just focus on you job." I just want to tell them that this gives me happiness. That feeling when unknown people from all over India praises you, supports you, loves your content is something which you can't express in words. Such appreciation from random people always motivate and inspires me to do better things.
I must say "Be a person who can earn from his Degree and Art too".
